Indirect Sales Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an Indirect Sales Manager to lead net‑new customer acquisition and growth across Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. Based in Singapore, you will work with both direct prospects and channel partners to expand the adoption of BMC Helix’s AI‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end responsibility for the Growth territory, including strategy, pipeline creation, forecasting and revenue delivery.
• Develop annual territory plans, prioritize target accounts and map key stakeholders to drive new enterprise wins.
• Prospect proactively and generate pipeline through direct outreach and partner‑sourced leads.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and the partner ecosystem throughout long, consultative sales cycles.
• Drive adoption, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect or channel sales within the enterprise IT/software market.
• Strong business acumen and disciplined territory planning skills.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes and long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience selling AI‑enabled or cloud‑based IT solutions.
• Familiarity with BMC Helix or similar enterprise service management platforms.
