Industrialization Engineer – Fresh Graduate

About the role

We are looking for a fresh‑graduate Industrialization Engineer to join our Singapore team. You will support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, working closely with design, manufacturing, supply‑chain and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from product development through manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to promote Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, Cost and Automation principles.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Design Specifications, work instructions, process flows and other manufacturing documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and provide manufacturing input.
• Support prototype, engineering build, pilot build and production validation activities.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes, identify improvement, automation and digitalization opportunities.
• Assist with manufacturing layout planning, tooling requirements and process implementation.
• Participate in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and risk mitigation.
• Collect manufacturing data for problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Identify Critical‑to‑Quality (CTQ) requirements and validate manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to cost reduction, productivity improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Create and update Agile/SAFe stories and track actions in project‑management tools.
• Build engineering and material transactions in SAP.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve manufacturing and product issues during ramp‑up.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate eager to start an engineering career.
• Willingness to work onsite in Singapore full‑time (5 days/week).
• Ready to learn under the guidance of experienced Industrialization Engineers, Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving orientation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
