Car Polisher – Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Car Polisher to join our team across Singapore. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality paint correction and ceramic coating services to ensure flawless vehicle finishes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform car polishing and paint correction to eliminate swirl marks, light scratches, and surface imperfections.
• Operate dual‑action (DA) and rotary polishers safely and efficiently.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces through washing, decontamination, clay‑bar treatment, and panel wipe‑down.
• Apply ceramic coatings evenly, avoiding high spots and ensuring a clean, durable finish.
• Inspect completed work to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in car polishing and ceramic coating.
• Proficiency with both DA and rotary polishers.
• Ability to select appropriate polishing pads, compounds, and techniques for various paint conditions.
• Demonstrated capability to complete polishing and coating jobs to client satisfaction.
