Inside Sales / Customer Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales / Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Singapore. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotations and order processing while supporting the broader sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Enter orders accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and quality issues.
• Provide input to the sales manager for planning and strategy development.
• Drive sales growth, market penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Outside Sales and Product Marketing to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher, preferably in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in interconnect components such as connectors, switches or relays.
• Strong command of English and good time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask, work as a team player and communicate across all levels.
• Positive, detail‑oriented, service‑focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Excel.
