Intern, NPD Innovation & Development

About the role

Haleon, a consumer healthcare company with brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin and Centrum, is offering one internship position for an undergraduate student to assist its Innovation & Development team in delivering innovation projects for Haleon Consumer Health R&D. The intern works under the supervision of the Wider Asia Innovation & Development Lead and collaborates with commercial, innovation, manufacturing, medical, regulatory, insights and R&D scientists. The preferred period is January 2027 to June/July 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate technical data comprehensively and critically during the product development phase.
• Coordinate discussions with cross-functional teams and integrate their inputs to reach key NPD milestones.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Help the Wider Asia Innovation & Development Lead create technical and product understanding research plans aligned with project deliverables.
• Support the team with other product-related project and development activities when needed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences, Food Sciences or a related discipline.
• Verbal and written English proficiency.
• Interest in consumer healthcare science, products and development.
