Intern, Rewards Consulting (May 2027 Intake)

About the role

Marsh is looking for an intern to join its Compensation Consulting team within the People and Investments business, based in Singapore. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office. As an intern you will support the Rewards team in two main areas: driving business development and product insights for Total Remuneration Surveys (TRS), and providing analytical support for rewards advisory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of the annual TRS by reviewing and validating client data submissions
• Help with ad-hoc client data requests and support market outreach to promote rewards products and services
• Support advisory projects such as job evaluations, salary structure designs and short- and long-term incentive reviews
• Research industry trends, regulatory requirements and local labour market conditions in Singapore and the wider SEA region
• Help prepare and run client workshops and meetings by preparing materials, managing documentation and summarising key points
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data and resources for projects

Required profile

• Full-time availability for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from May 2027
• Ability to move beyond data processing to identify patterns and turn findings into practical implications
• Ability to read public filings, peer group data and market news to extract pay information
• Team player who communicates effectively
• Nice to have: data visualization tools, prior HR, data analytics or quantitative field experience
