Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its Talent Acquisition Team in Singapore on a 6-month contract. This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week spent in the office. You will act as a trusted advisor to internal business clients and support experienced hiring needs across several business groups in ASEAN countries, including Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong, consultative relationships with internal business clients and advise them on hiring needs.
• Provide full lifecycle recruiting expertise for experienced hiring needs across multiple business groups in different ASEAN countries.
• Provide market intelligence, including market mapping, talent pools and industry insights.
• Use proactive and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
• Deliver recruitment advice and develop and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, following up consistently.

Required profile

• At least 6 years in a corporate recruiting and/or search firm environment, with proven experience recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles.
• Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes across multiple country locations.
• Solid experience managing the recruiting process from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pools and market maps.
• Ability to source directly, make cold calls and identify non-active, passive job seekers for hiring managers.
