International Commercial Excellence Director

About the role

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking an International Commercial Excellence Director to lead the strategic shaping, acceleration and continuous improvement of commercial performance across its global markets. The position is hybrid, based primarily in Zuchwil, Switzerland, with alternative locations in Leeds (UK), Singapore, Prague (Czechia) or Umkirch (Germany).

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive commercial excellence strategies that enhance performance across all business units.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness.
• Support the planned separation of DePuy Synthes into a standalone orthopaedics company, ensuring continuity of commercial processes.
• Collaborate with regional teams in multiple countries to align commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Senior strategic leader with proven experience in commercial excellence or sales effectiveness.
• Ability to operate in a multinational, hybrid work environment.
• Strong understanding of the orthopaedics/medical device market.
