International Tax Advisor – Senior Leadership Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced tax professional to lead our International Tax Advisory practice. This senior position will drive client engagements, mentor a high‑performing team, and support the firm’s growth across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of tax advisory engagements, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on Singapore corporate tax, tax structuring, transactions, and complex advisory assignments.
• Review deliverables, oversee engagement quality, and ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long‑term relationships and identifying business development opportunities.
• Develop and mentor team members through coaching, technical training, and career guidance.
• Represent the firm at industry events, professional networks, and client seminars.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Taxation, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tax advisory, accounting or professional services.
• Proven track record of managing client engagements and delivering practical tax solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with team‑development capabilities.
• Professional tax qualification (e.g., SCTP) is a plus.
