About the role

The Inventory Coordinator will oversee inventory planning and control for our Asia Pacific warehouses. This role ensures accurate stock levels, timely purchasing, and smooth shipment processing while supporting the logistics and shipping teams.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage inventory for Asia Pacific warehouse network.
Execute purchasing activities and follow up with vendors on deliveries.
Develop, document, and maintain efficient inventory procedures and processes.
Conduct physical inventory counts as required.
Process shipments and prepare export documentation.
Provide coordination and support on inventory and logistics matters.
Offer administrative assistance to the inventory and shipping departments.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Good communication skills and command of English.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
