Cargo Coordinator – Entry Level – Changi Airport

About the role

Join a well‑established public‑listed multinational provider of integrated aviation services as a Cargo Coordinator at Changi Airport. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training and a supportive environment for candidates with no prior experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle air cargo shipments within the warehouse, manually or using forklifts.
• Check cargo documentation and real‑time data to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.
• Attend to enquiries from airlines, agents and third parties.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of cargo handlers to ensure timely loading and unloading.
• Resolve day‑to‑day cargo operational issues while adhering to safety requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Good communication, coordination and supervisory skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy items.
• Willingness to work 6‑day rotating shifts and undergo forklift training.

Required skills

• Forklift operation
• Class 3 Driving Licence (advantageous)

What we offer

• Basic salary SGD 2,900‑3,400 per month (commensurate with experience).
• Shift allowance averaging SGD 270 per month.
