Investment Manager – Asset Tracing & Intelligence (APAC)

About the role

Omni Bridgeway is seeking an Investment Manager to join its APAC team, based in Singapore. The role supports investment managers and enforcement specialists by evaluating litigation funding opportunities and assessing the financial viability of potential investments.

Key responsibilities

• Assess new litigation funding prospects, including arbitration, collective redress, non‑performing loans and claim portfolios.
• Analyse publicly available financial data to determine a defendant’s ability to satisfy a judgment or award.
• Identify and evaluate valuable assets for potential recovery.
• Conduct due diligence on funded parties and review proposed damages calculations.
• Prepare investment proposals and support the broader APAC team on global matters.

Required profile

• Experience in asset tracing, recovery of non‑performing loans, or financial restructuring.
• Background as an insolvency practitioner or in litigation funding is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess payment capacity and recoverability.
• Ability to work collaboratively with investment and enforcement teams across APAC.
