IT Support Engineer – Healthcare Services

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to deliver end‑user and systems support across multiple clinic and corporate sites in the healthcare sector. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting, system administration and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors to keep IT operations reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 support for Clinic Management Systems, laboratory applications, workstations, mobile devices, VoIP, printers, scanners and wireless networking.
• Manage IT help‑desk tickets, ensure SLA compliance and perform on‑site assistance when required.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licences and documentation, and conduct user training.
• Support and maintain firewalls, network infrastructure, servers, NAS and security systems, including backups, patching and monitoring.
• Assist with audits, incident investigations and compliance with regulatory requirements (MOH, PDPA, HIA).
• Participate in system migrations, clinic relocations, data validation and API integrations between CMS, EMR and third‑party applications.
• Provide standby support for evening and weekend clinic operations on a rotational basis.

Required profile

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with vendors and internal teams.

• Clinic Management System (CMS) and EMR support.
• Network troubleshooting, firewalls, servers and NAS administration.
• Backup, patch management and system monitoring.
• Endpoint security tools, antivirus/EDR solutions.
• VoIP/digital telephony and wireless access point configuration.
