Junior Art Director / Art Director

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Art Director / Art Director to lead creative initiatives from concept to delivery, working closely with cross‑functional teams to produce compelling visual assets that support our marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the artistic development of marketing and promotional materials across print, online, social media and collateral.
• Apply design, photography, illustration and motion‑graphics expertise to create visually engaging content.
• Collaborate with marketing and media‑buying teams to develop and execute advertising strategies.
• Prepare presentations and project plans to communicate creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings to align creative direction with brand objectives and ensure successful brand representation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with print, broadcast and digital trends and integrate them into projects.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.
