Associate Architect – Design Leadership Role

About the role

Leads project teams through all stages of design and delivery, driving execution and technical coordination. Manages client relationships while supporting the professional growth of team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery across project stages from concept to completion.
• Manage and coordinate design teams, resources, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Review, direct and prepare technical documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Engage with clients and consultants for project execution.
• Support statutory submission and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and foster their professional development.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong design leadership with awareness of design principles, project objectives and industry best practices.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge, including statutory controls and contract documentation.
• Skilled in project planning, team coordination and documentation delivery.
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and client‑facing capabilities.
• Informed on digital workflows, environmental sustainability and industry innovation.
