Junior ATM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior ATM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Singapore. You will support senior consultants and project leads on Air Traffic Management, airport and broader aviation system projects, gaining hands‑on experience in systems engineering, requirements development and client‑facing consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants with concept development, requirements drafting, technical reviews and delivery support for ATM and airport systems projects.
• Review operational, technical and supplier information, identify gaps, and prepare structured comments for senior review.
• Support verification, validation, safety, regulatory and certification activities by preparing checklists, evidence summaries and related records.
• Participate in client, stakeholder and project meetings, take clear notes, maintain action trackers and follow up on deliverables.
• Contribute to project coordination and administration, including document control, progress updates and routine reporting.
• Help with research, bid preparation and business development through data gathering and draft write‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, aviation, ATM, CNS, airport systems or other safety‑critical environments.
• Exposure to requirements, verification & validation, technical documentation or structured review activities.
• Strong ability to translate operational and technical information into clear notes, draft requirements or review comments.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
