About the role

The Operations Executive will plan and manage daily bus maintenance and repair operations across Singapore, while building strong customer relationships and driving new sales opportunities. The role requires independent work and frequent travel to multiple sites to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily bus maintenance and repair activities to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Manage repair operations to consistently meet quality and safety standards.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support and drive sales growth.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the bus industry to expand business.
Work independently and travel to multiple sites daily to oversee and ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

Experience in the bus industry to enhance operational understanding and improve customer engagement.
Self‑motivation and customer orientation to effectively manage tasks and build client relationships.
