Junior Graphic Designer – Asia Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Junior Graphic Designer to support marketing activities across Asia. Based at the Asia headquarters, the designer will report to the Head of Marketing, Asia and collaborate closely with regional marketers and the EU Marketing graphic team in Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Develop event and tradeshow materials such as booth designs, backdrops, pull‑up banners, posters and signage.
• Design flyers, brochures, case studies, e‑signature banners, stickers/emojis, social‑media templates and other digital/print assets.
• Handle video editing tasks, including trimming footage, adding subtitles, on‑screen text, branding, transitions and adapting content for social and digital channels.
• Liaise with the EU Marketing graphic team to adapt global campaigns and brand assets for Asian markets.
• Localise and resize master artwork for different Asian languages and markets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork for printers, event organisers and external vendors.
• Maintain and organise creative files, templates and reusable brand assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an in‑house marketing team, corporate environment or creative agency.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Portfolio showcasing event/tradeshow designs, brochures, flyers, social‑media creatives and video content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different Asian markets.
• Comfortable working with regional and international stakeholders across time zones.

Required skills

• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Canva.
• CapCut or similar video‑editing tools.
