Junior MEAN Stack Developer – 12‑month VIE (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior MEAN Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Singapore on a 12‑month VIE assignment. You will work on the full software development lifecycle, gaining hands‑on experience with the MEAN technology stack while contributing to projects that support our global financial services business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and test web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code.
• Collaborate with senior developers to debug and optimise applications.
• Support and maintain existing systems, ensuring reliability and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Strong interest in learning or exposure to MongoDB, Express.js, Angular and Node.js.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
