About the role
Nas Company is looking for a proactive Junior Office & Events Manager to shape the workplace experience and create memorable events. You will turn the office into a space people love and design events that leave a lasting impression.
Key responsibilities
- Transform the office environment into an engaging, welcoming space.
- Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external events from concept to completion.
- Handle all logistical aspects, including venue, catering, equipment, and on‑the‑day execution.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and control budgets.
- Maintain detailed timelines, track deliverables and troubleshoot last‑minute issues.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align events with company goals and culture.
Required profile
- Previous experience planning events and enjoying fast‑paced environments.
- Highly organized with a creative mindset.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail, even for small elements like snacks.
- People‑oriented and able to drive projects to completion.
