About the role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of Parlour Gelato. The role involves a blend of HR, finance and office administration tasks to ensure smooth business processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain monthly payroll records and coordinate with Cabin Financial Services for accurate payroll processing and CPF contributions.
  • Assist in managing job postings, scheduling interviews, and handling new‑hire contracts and onboarding.
  • Update and keep employee records, manage leave requests and administer staff benefits.
  • Work with Cabin on accounts payable/receivable to guarantee timely vendor payments.
  • Order office supplies and handle ad‑hoc procurement requests.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors and service providers.
  • Organised approach to record‑keeping and scheduling.
