Junior Podcast Editor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Junior Podcast Editor to join our remote team. You will shape the audio and visual quality of a weekly podcast that explores millennial life topics such as dating, family, careers, and health.

Key responsibilities

• Edit 40‑60 minute podcast episodes (audio and video) using DaVinci Resolve, ensuring smooth transitions and professional sound quality.
• Apply basic color grading to video footage for a consistent, polished look.
• Manage and synchronize multiple camera angles (1‑3) with the audio tracks.
• Deliver final episodes in the required formats within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with the host to incorporate feedback and maintain the show’s tone and style.

Required profile

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for both audio and video editing.
• Experience editing podcasts or similar long‑form content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, engaging edits.
• Basic color grading skills for video.
• Ability to manage multiple camera angles and synchronize audio/video tracks.
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
• Reliable internet connection and availability to edit episodes on a regular schedule.
