Junior Project Manager – Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of projects for a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Singapore. You will coordinate activities, track deliverables and help ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to align with goals and timelines.
• Track and monitor deliverables, providing visibility on progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Monitor project schedules and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare detailed status reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify potential risks or issues and promptly escalate them to relevant parties.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently.
• Immediate availability to join the project team.
