Junior Recruiter – Temporary Assistant (6‑month contract)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support its internal talent acquisition efforts on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. You will work within the Human Capital team, helping hiring managers fill a high volume of roles while contributing to the firm’s diversity and inclusion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment assignments, including interview scheduling and coordination.
• Recommend sourcing strategies, conduct proactive talent pooling and deliver data‑driven insights on the recruitment market.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to advance diversity hiring initiatives.
• Navigate change within a complex organisational structure and provide commercial, analytical perspectives on business value drivers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume roles.
• Current experience in internal recruitment or a desire to transition from an agency to a strategic, business‑aligned position.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience who wish to move into talent acquisition are welcome.
• Demonstrated business partnering experience with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities and a flexible working style.
