About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive success. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in sales and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating sales materials and presentations for client meetings and trade shows.
- Coordinate scheduling between clients and sales team members, ensuring timely preparation for meetings.
- Lead client correspondence, acting as the liaison between customers and the sales team.
- Organise shipping and delivery logistics for product orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
