Junior Salesperson – Flooring Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Salesperson to promote our flooring product range across Singapore. You will work from our Ubi office, engaging with architects, builders and interior designers to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough knowledge of our flooring products, including carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, laminates and rugs.
• Engage customers at roadshows and represent the company at international exhibitions.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to prospects.
• Generate new business through cold‑calling, walk‑ins and proactive outreach while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate flooring solutions.
• Review contract terms and communicate their impact to customers.
• Support the sales closing process by answering queries and providing confident communication.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales‑related role.
• Ability to present product ranges to business partners such as architects, builders and interior designers.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with online reporting tools.

• Basic salary up to SGD 3,000 per month.
