About the role
Join the ION Orchard team as a Beauty Advisor, representing a premium fragrance brand and delivering personalized scent consultations to a discerning clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the brand professionally at ION Orchard.
- Provide personalised fragrance consultations and recommendations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through product knowledge and engagement.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Support stock replenishment and store operations.
Required profile
- Prior experience in fragrance sales is highly preferred.
- Experience in luxury beauty, prestige skincare, cosmetics or niche fragrances is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, customer‑focused and well‑presented.
- Passionate about beauty, fragrance and retail sales.
What we offer
- Basic Salary: SGD 2,600 – 2,800 per month.
- Attractive incentives.
- Gross Salary up to SGD 3,600 per month.
