Key Account Manager – E‑commerce

About the role

Intrepid Asia is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead and grow the e‑commerce business of one or more leading brands across Southeast Asian marketplaces. You will act as the primary liaison between brands and platform partners, shaping strategy, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless execution of digital commerce initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own annual e‑commerce growth plans, activation calendars, and campaign proposals for assigned brands.
• Negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize consumer appeal and brand exposure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams—including content, performance marketing, and operations—to deliver on brand objectives.
• Monitor account NMV and revenue performance, providing data‑backed recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with business development to identify additional service opportunities for brands.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of e‑commerce fundamentals and marketplace dynamics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with brand and platform partners.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data to drive growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
