Key Account Manager – Regional Brand Partnerships (Fashion & Lifestyle)

About the role

As the Regional Key Account Manager for the Fashion & Lifestyle cluster, you will drive growth for top global brands on the Shopee platform across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Brazil. This hybrid role blends strategic consulting, commercial negotiation, and stakeholder coordination to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial growth initiatives for strategic brand partners on Shopee.
• Develop joint business plans using data analytics and category insights.
• Collaborate with local Shopee teams to identify challenges and create growth solutions.
• Conduct deep category performance analysis and recommend strategies for marketing, pricing, and assortment.
• Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Engage with C‑suite and senior leadership to align on strategic priorities.
• Source and acquire new brand partners through outreach to external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field); master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, e‑commerce, or a strong passion for the fashion & lifestyle sector.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable communicating with senior leaders.
• Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.
