Key Account Manager - Regional Brand Partnerships

About the role

As a Regional Key Account Manager you will drive growth for top global brands on the Shopee platform across Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Brazil. The role blends strategic consulting, commercial negotiation and stakeholder coordination, turning data insights into actionable business plans that boost GMV and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial growth initiatives for strategic brand partners on Shopee.
• Develop joint business plans using data analytics and category insights.
• Collaborate with local Shopee teams to identify challenges and create solutions.
• Analyse category performance to pinpoint gaps and recommend strategies for marketing, pricing and assortment.
• Partner with product, operations and marketing teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Serve as primary liaison between global brand decision‑makers and Shopee’s local commercial teams.
• Drive senior‑level strategic conversations to retain and expand accounts.
• Source and acquire new brand partners through outreach to external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years experience in management consulting, e‑commerce or related industry.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Effective communication with senior stakeholders and strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, team player and willingness to engage in hands‑on operational work.
