Key Account Manager - Regional Enterprise

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, data‑driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with top‑tier restaurant groups across Singapore and Malaysia. You will own the end‑to‑end commercial relationship, drive revenue expansion and ensure long‑term partnership success within TabSquare’s AI‑powered ordering ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full relationship with enterprise restaurant groups, acting as the primary contact for CXOs, digital transformation heads and operations leaders.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess performance, align on KPIs and co‑create growth plans.
• Identify and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across TabSquare’s suite (SmartQR, Kiosk, Payments, SmartEngage, etc.).
• Negotiate renewals and multi‑year agreements to increase share of wallet and profitability.
• Monitor account health, product usage and engagement metrics to anticipate churn and develop joint success plans.
• Provide proactive advisory, benchmarking data and new solution recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Track competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights with product and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success Managers, Solutions Consultants, Product and Marketing to deliver measurable revenue growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑outlet F&B brands or enterprise accounts in the restaurant sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving retention, upsell and expansion.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders (CXOs, digital heads, operations).
• Data‑oriented mindset, comfortable analysing performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and marketing teams.
