Kitchen Supervisor – Food Preparation & Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily food preparation, cooking, and service operations across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. You will lead a team, ensure food safety standards, and contribute to menu innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including slicing, chopping, mixing, and seasoning.
• Cook hot meals using grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling techniques.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls, and proper food labeling and rotation.
• Collaborate on daily, holiday, and themed menus with the senior supervisor.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment, storage, and work areas; follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvement suggestions.
• Develop new menu items and adapt existing recipes, with a focus on North Indian cuisine.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory, and staffing within budget.
• Supervise the kitchen team, enforce health and safety regulations, and support shift work.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, preferably with supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and handle high‑volume service periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
