KYC Lead (Financial Services)

About the role

We are a growing financial institution in Singapore seeking an experienced KYC Operations professional to lead our KYC team. Reporting to the KYC Operations Lead, you will own KYC activities across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, and help shape the future of our KYC function as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to support growth and build KYC systems, processes, and people.
• Drive efficiency gains through automation and continuous improvement of end‑to‑end customer lifecycle management.
• Oversee KYC service metrics for local and offshore teams.
• Advise internal stakeholders on KYC and regulatory classification for new customer segments, markets, or products.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management of a customer‑facing KYC team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on, customer‑facing KYC experience with corporate or business banking clients.
• Proven team‑management experience, including managing local and offshore teams.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Strong understanding of customer due diligence and product fulfilment across the customer lifecycle.
