Lab Technician – 1 Year Contract

About the role

Join Nestlé's R&D team in Jurong as a Lab Technician on a one‑year contract. You will support analytical testing of food and beverage samples, ensuring high quality and compliance with strict procedural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh samples according to test plans and prepare reagents.
• Extract samples and operate analytical instruments such as GC and LC.
• Maintain basic laboratory equipment, including pH meters and balances.
• Perform safety observations and participate in assigned safety activities.
• Conduct daily housekeeping and keep the laboratory organized.
• Replenish, order, and check inventory of laboratory consumables.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or Analytical Science.
• At least one year of experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with Gas Chromatography (GC) or Liquid Chromatography (LC) techniques.
