About the role
We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for a Laboratory Customer Service Assistant to be deployed across Novena, Orchard and Botanic Garden sites in Singapore. The role works 5.5 days a week, Monday to Friday 8 am‑5 pm and Saturday 8 am‑12 pm, supporting sample handling, registration, billing and data entry.
Key responsibilities
- Handle blood and stool samples safely and according to laboratory protocols.
- Register patients, process billing enquiries and receive incoming samples.
- Print and apply barcodes to each sample for tracking.
- Enter patient details accurately into the laboratory information system.
Required profile
- Minimum NITEC qualification.
- Comfortable working with biological samples such as blood and stool.
- Ability to work the specified shift pattern and maintain attention to detail.
