Laboratory Support Technician

About the role

Join Nestlé’s R&D team in Jurong, Singapore as a Laboratory Support Technician. You will provide administrative, customer‑service and technical support to the analytical laboratory, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage external customer registrations, generate quotes, issue analytical reports and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for NQAC, including meetings, visitor management, website updates and pantry supplies.
• Maintain fixed‑asset records, oversee facility contacts and support documentation system updates.
• Assist with sample handling, procurement, consumable inventory, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and 5S standards.
• Participate in safety observations, quality‑system activities, operational reviews and lean improvement projects.

Required profile

• Diploma in Chemistry, Food Science, Analytical Science or a related scientific field.
• Graduates with laboratory internship or related work experience; familiarity with SAP, Quality Systems and GLP is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP or a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
