Lead Designer - Interior Design

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Lead Designer for interior design in Singapore. The role leads and manages interior design projects from concept to completion, supervising junior designers and coordinating with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion
• Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts and detailed drawings
• Prepare 3Ds Max / 3D visualisations, AutoCAD drawings and presentation materials
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams
• Review design drawings and ensure design quality and project requirements are met
• Guide and supervise junior designers
• Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress when required

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of interior design experience
• Able to handle projects independently from concept to completion
• Good design sense and attention to detail
• Experience in residential or commercial projects is an advantage
• Good communication and client-handling skills
