Graphics Intern, CNBC International (March-August 2027)

About the role

The Graphics Intern joins the CNBC International Graphics team in APAC, which produces the visuals for daily live TV news programmes watched by millions of viewers. The intern is trained and guided by experienced Graphic Designers to create high-quality, accurate artwork for live TV broadcast and marketing needs, while learning how control rooms, newsrooms and studios operate.

Key responsibilities

• Produce artwork and graphics (maps, info/data graphics, photos, logos, text) for live TV news programmes
• Build and update live artwork during programming, with guidance from senior designers
• Process artwork updates while following CNBC brand style and guidelines
• Support Marketing, Digital and News Editorial teams with eDMs, social media banners, print ads and promotional material
• Develop advanced graphic design and motion design skills for TV broadcast and social media content

Required profile

• Polytechnic student pursuing a diploma in media, communications, digital media, visual communication, motion design, immersive media or a related field
• Legal right to work in Singapore; only eligible candidates will be considered
• Full-time availability from March to August 2027
• Keen eye for design, attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced live TV environment
• Team player who can work independently and collaborate across teams, flexible to work shifts and early mornings

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects
• Media encoder
