Lead Research Engineer I – Lab Operations & Cleanroom Management

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Research Engineer I to oversee laboratory and cleanroom operations, focusing on the creation and management of 2‑D drawings and 3‑D BIM models. The role bridges design, engineering and construction teams to ensure accurate, compliant documentation throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using software such as Revit.
• Coordinate design information with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and specifications.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
• Maintain drawing records and document control procedures.
• Assist in project planning, design reviews, and technical coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience preparing 2D drawings and developing 3D BIM models.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Attention to detail in ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
• Experience managing document control and drawing records.
