Learning and Development Executive

About the role

Starbucks Singapore is seeking a Learning and Development Executive to drive retail learning initiatives, coordinate training programmes and support partners in delivering the Starbucks Experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver retail training programmes for baristas and supervisors, monitor progress and maintain comprehensive training records.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop learning solutions aligned with store needs.
• Conduct store visits, assess learning engagement and follow up on action plans.
• Manage training registration, logistics and documentation for programmes such as WSQ and Basic Food Hygiene.
• Respond to partner inquiries, track programme completion, and prepare competency and activity reports.
• Administer the Workday LMS, resolve system issues, create courses, vendors and schedules, and support new feature launches.
• Oversee inventory ordering system for training stock, ensuring accurate orders and transfers.
• Handle training‑related invoices, claims and grant administration.

Required profile

• Availability to conduct training sessions and assessments on weekends.
• Hold an ACTA or ACLP certification.
• Growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning and development.
