Learning & Development Executive

About the role

The Learning & Development Executive supports Marriott’s mission by delivering brand‑aligned training and leadership programs across the hotel. You will work closely with HR and operations leaders to ensure all associates receive the right learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that training initiatives align with the organization’s mission and vision.
• Assist in designing and delivering brand‑specific and service‑related learning content.
• Facilitate on‑property training for hourly associates, supervisors and leaders, including core and brand training.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training programs for new hires and ongoing brand initiatives.
• Manage learning technology platforms and act as Learning Coordinator for hotel training needs.
• Develop multimedia training aids, order and maintain training material inventory, and set up/tear down training sessions.
• Participate in the Field Trainer Network and collaborate with regional learning teams to implement updated programs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in training, learning, or HR.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
