Learning & Development Specialist / Manager

About the role

MetaComp is seeking a hands‑on Learning & Development Specialist / Manager to design, deliver and continuously improve learning programmes that support rapid business growth and employee development across its digital payments and fintech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to conduct Learning Needs Analyses, using employee feedback, performance data and business requirements.
• Translate identified capability gaps into structured learning plans, annual and quarterly L&D priorities aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
• Design and implement blended learning journeys covering onboarding, functional skills, professional development, leadership and management capabilities.
• Coordinate internal and external trainers, develop training materials, facilitator guides and post‑training resources, and facilitate workshops where appropriate.
• Develop leadership and management programmes for new and first‑time managers, focusing on communication, coaching, performance management and succession planning.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Commercially minded, data‑driven and highly execution‑oriented.
• Proven ability to build and scale L&D programmes in fast‑growing organisations.
• Strong partnership skills with HR, business leaders and functional heads.
• Experience in analysing capability gaps and translating them into practical learning solutions.
