Legal Consultant - Compliance

About the role

Axiom is seeking a seasoned compliance professional to help build a compliance framework from the ground up for a top‑tier client. The role is fast‑paced and requires a candidate who can quickly integrate and drive core compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the compliance framework, including policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance and risk assessments, identifying gaps and recommending remediation.
• Deliver compliance training to internal teams.
• Plan and manage the compliance pipeline and related regulatory work.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience with proven compliance framework‑building expertise.
• Hands‑on experience creating policies and procedures in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.
• Demonstrated ability to perform compliance and risk assessments and close gaps swiftly.
• Experience delivering training and upskilling internal teams on compliance matters.
• Comfort with operational compliance and policy development rather than pure regulatory tracking.
