Legal Consultant, Payments Regulatory

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Consultant – Payments Regulatory to support a Fortune 500 client in the financial sector, focusing on APAC market entry and payment product flows.

Key responsibilities

• Handle regulatory submissions and interactions with APAC regulators.
• Design legal roadmaps for new market entries and expanded payment product flows in APAC.
• Advise on APAC payments legal and regulatory matters and manage outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide legal support for digital payment solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 5–10+ years post‑qualification experience in payments regulatory matters within financial services, fintech, or law firms.
• Excellent communication skills, commercial mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
