Line Cook – Full-Time Kitchen Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team at HS Eating House. The role involves preparing dish components, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting smooth meal service across our islandwide locations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock the preparation station and kitchen for efficient meal preparation.
• Prepare simple dish components such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and making sauces according to menu specifications.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef and report progress regularly.
• Maintain food preparation and storage areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Clean preparation areas thoroughly and manage leftover food responsibly.
• Accurately stock inventory and supplies to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
• Communicate and coordinate tasks effectively with team members to improve kitchen efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the food and beverage industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
