About the role

You will provide pharmaceutical care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, promoting wellness, maintaining health, and intervening in acute or chronic illnesses. You will also identify, resolve and prevent drug‑related problems while ensuring safe, timely and cost‑effective drug therapy.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient‑centred drug therapy, monitor treatment outcomes and provide drug information.
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of pharmaceuticals and educate patients, pharmacy staff and other practitioners.

Required profile

Degree or Master graduate from a School of Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
Valid membership with a local professional body/association (preferred).
