Operations Pharmacist – Transformation & Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical, curious, and entrepreneurial Operations Pharmacist to transform how pharmacy operates. This role blends pharmacy expertise with data, technology, automation, and process improvement to redesign workflows, solve complex operational challenges, and create meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily pharmacy operations ensuring safe, accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution.
• Analyse operational data, develop dashboards and KPIs to drive data‑based decisions.
• Identify, design and implement automation, AI and digital solutions to improve workflows.
• Partner with IT and vendors as Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting system adoption and testing.
• Lead cross‑functional transformation projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Full registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council and active practice.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis, dashboard development and operational reporting (preferred).
