Locum Staff Nurse – Acute Setting (Up to $35/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a locum Staff Nurse to join an acute care setting in the eastern region of Singapore. This short‑term contract offers flexible shift options with competitive hourly rates up to SGD 35. The role supports patient care in a fast‑paced hospital environment, including quarantine zones.

Key responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assist in quarantine areas, performing parameter screening and infection control duties.
• Collect blood samples and support laboratory processes as needed.
• Carry out basic clinical nursing tasks, including wound care and patient observations.
• Administer vaccinations and participate in COVID‑19 swabbing activities.
• Perform routine administrative duties related to patient care.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in a government acute hospital (inpatient wards, A&E, ICU, HDU, etc.).
• Availability to work 4‑5 days per week on either weekday or weekend/ public‑holiday shifts.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with the above qualifications are welcome.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly rates of SGD 32 on weekdays and SGD 35 on weekends/public holidays.
• Shift lengths of 9 or 11 paid hours (07:30‑17:30 or 08:00‑20:00).
