Logistics Clerk

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Clerk to support our global logistics operations. The role combines market analysis, risk assessment, and data management to ensure smooth freight handling and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct monthly analysis of global air/sea freight capacity, rate fluctuations, and policy trends.
• Identify and report logistics delivery risks on a monthly basis.
• Monitor changes in logistics regulations and IATA standards, updating internal procedures accordingly.
• Compile and analyse departmental QCDS data each month.
• Generate daily POD signing anomaly reports and shipment card anomaly notifications.
• Organise meetings, schedule sessions, and produce accurate meeting minutes.
• Review, compile, and archive QBR/MBR materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, E‑commerce, International Trade or related fields.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, delivery, or 3C industry supply chain.
• Strong cross‑departmental communication, customer‑centric mindset, and meticulous work ethic.
• Understanding of import/export processes and international freight terms (FOB, FCA, DDP, DAP, DDU).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of freight trade terms (FOB, FCA, DDP, DAP, DDU) and Letter of Credit (LC) settlement tools.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management System (TMS) architecture.
