Logistics Coordinator – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Singapore. You will ensure that shipping documentation, order processing and inventory management are executed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate shipping documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify customer shipping requirements and select appropriate delivery methods.
• Process sales orders and billing entries in the ERP system.
• Maintain and update records in Excel and share information with the operations team.
• Cross‑check packing lists against the Shipment Management System (SMS).
• Execute ERP transactions such as purchase requisitions, goods receipts and stock transfers.
• Conduct weekly and monthly inventory cycle counts and update ERP records.
• Communicate with customers via email, Microsoft Teams and phone to address enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support daily operations and handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience handling logistics documentation and order processing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication with customers and internal teams.
